International Day of the Girl Child
Today, the Pensacola Alumnae Chapter of Delta Sigma Theta Sorority, Incorporated joins the global community in recognizing International Day of the Girl Child and affirming that every girl deserves a childhood filled with safety, education, opportunity, and hope.
As we raise awareness about child marriage, we stand for a future where girls are empowered to learn, lead, grow, make their own choices, and define their own futures. Our commitment reflects Delta Sigma Theta’s legacy of service and advocacy and its work to advance educational opportunities and the well-being of girls and communities.
End Child Marriage and Invest in Girls’ Rights!
When we invest in girls, we strengthen families, transform communities, and help create a brighter future for generations to come.
Her Dreams. Her Rights. Her Future. Our Commitment. ❤️
